I scrolled back to the first few updates which I couldn't help but have a little chuckle at:
"testing twitter 8:06 PM Sep 4th, 2008 from web"
"testing twitter 2 8:12 PM Sep 4th, 2008 from web"
"MOD: test at UK2204 hrs 10:04 PM Sep 4th, 2008 from web"I particularly enjoyed the last of these three updates - classic military tone including time check. (I assume they realised pretty soon afterwards that Twitter time stamps everything for you. But worth a test when you're learning.)
I'm all in favour. I think @defencehq should bring a bit of military style to Twitter with a few more time checked updates, tweets containing an unnecessary number of acronyms, and some good old-fashioned military banter.
