Announcing the Frontline Club Awards 2012 shortlist

The Frontline Club Awards

The shortlist for the Frontline Club Awards has been selected from nominations put forward by Frontline Club members, which included some excellent work from the past year in three categories: Broadcast, Photojournalism and Print. Five nominees, not listed here, are also being considered for the Frontline Club Tribute Award for their contribution to journalism and lifetime achievements.

The Frontline Club Awards for excellence in journalism aim to recognise journalistic integrity, courage and independence of spirit, and include the work of freelances. Now that the final shortlist has been decided, the judges for the Frontline Club Awards have a difficult task ahead of them. The panel of judges includes:

Jon Lee Anderson, Jeremy Bowen, Patrick Cockburn, Carlotta Gall, Gary Knight, Allan Little, Seamus Murphy and Vaughan Smith.

The Frontline Club Awards will be presented by Jon Snow at the Frontline Club on 25th October. More information on how to book to attend the Awards can be found here.
