HIV/AIDS Season at the Frontline Club

We’re running an HIV/AIDS season at the Frontline Club starting tonight. Some interesting stuff coming up well worth a look and we start with a screening from Sorious Samura,

The final discussion marks World AIDS Day – 1st December – and will centre around prevention, treatment and vaccines and what the future holds. Panellists include Alex de Waal, author of AIDS and Power; Michael Bartos, Head of Prevention at UNAIDS, Prof. Robin Shattock who is doing pioneering work on microbicides, and Edwin Barnard, HIV sufferer and activist. It will be chaired by Sarah Boseley, Guardian health correspondent and expert on HIV / AIDS.
