Congo Season

[video:youtube:rnW3ZnU3mSo] Between 6th – 16th May the Frontline Club is hosting a Congo Season. The club has put together a short video highlighting the main issues in present day Congo. There are a number of interesting discussions scheduled and I’ll be uploading video from the season as it becomes available. Here’s what’s coming up

May 11 – Film screening – The Greatest Silence – Rape in the Congo
May 12 – Double film screening – The UN in Congo
May 15 – Media Talk – Lifting the curse

I know Fred plans to pop along to a number of these events, and so it might be worth keeping an eye on both of his blogs. Feel free to pass the word around, share the video etc. This is the first time the Frontline Club has tried a ‘season’ of events. If all goes well, we plan to do more.
