ARTconnects Creative Forum – Representation Of Migrants/Refugees

Join us for the ARTconnects Creative Forum where art meets journalism. Speakers include Liberian journalist Mae Azango, also Sally Hayden is a freelance journalist reporting across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, with a focus on migration and refugee issues. She is currently writing a book about Libyan migrant detention centres, which will be published by 4th Estate/HarperCollins (UK), and Melville House (US) in early 2022. Refugee girls from Jordan and Italy. Hosted by Filmmaker and Human Rights Activist,  Salma Zulfiqar. this creative event will explore the representation of migrant/refugee females in the media through art and debate.
