Join the Frontline Club Team – Events Administrator

Position: Events Administrator
Salary: DOE
Term: 3 days a week

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and driven individual to join the Frontline Club team to administrate the events programme.

Key attributes/qualifications:
– Demonstrated interest in current affairs and journalism
– Excellent administrative and computer skills
– Outstanding writing, verbal and editing abilities
– Flexible and capable of working simultaneously on a diverse range of tasks
– Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
– Strong people skills and ability to professionally represent the organisation

Desirable:
– Relevant practical experience in a similar organisation

Key tasks/responsibilities:
– Managing customer inquiries via phone and email
– Marketing and outreach for the workshops and events programme
– Monitoring events attendance and revenue
– Research and coordination of sponsorship opportunities
– General operational and administrative support as needed
