This week at the Frontline Club - and the last two events of April

Tonight we will be joined by Zarghuna Kargarthe founder and presenter of the ground-breaking BBC World Service Trust radio show Afghan Woman’s Hour, who will be sharing the stories of the women she collected in her new book Dear Zari.

Tomorrow night is our final event before the Easter break. In the wake of post-election violence in Ivory Coast and more recently in Nigeria we will be discussing what are the lessons that should be learnt as other countries across West Africa gear up for elections this year?

The subject of May's First Wednesday discussion will be announced tomorrow.

Please note the Frontline Club will be closed from Friday 22 April and will re open on Tuesday 3 May. Our full programme for May can be seen below.
