This month's In the picture will be looking at poverty and photography in the UK and we will be joined by Zarghuna Kargar, the founder and presenter of the ground breaking BBC World Service Trust radio show Afghan Woman's Hour.
We will be discussing recent events in the Ivory Coast and asking what options there are for confronting leaders who refuse to step down. We will also be examining pro democracy movements and state media in light of the emergence of channels like Al Jazeera and the use of social media.
The topic up for discussion at our First Wednesday event will be announced on 30 March.
