ABC News man on Singapore drugs charge

Peter Lloyd, the New Delhi based South Asia correspondent for ABC News, was arrested for selling the drug "Ice" in Singapore at the weekend. He is expected to be charged today and could face up to twenty years in prison. The Australian Foreign Affairs Minister Stephen Smith said,
"Let me make this general point to all Australians: this is another reminder to any Australian who travels overseas that they must conduct themselves in accordance with the laws of the country that they visit." link
UPDATE: The family of jailed ABC journalist Peter Lloyd were last night trying to raise $45,000 bail to free him from Singapore's Changi prison
