Colin Farrell to play war photographer

Irish actor Colin Farrell headed to Bosnia at the weekend to get a taste for how it felt to be a war reporter during the war during the early 1990s. Farrell will play a war photographer in a new film called Triage. The film is directed by the Bosnian cinematographer Danis Tanovic who won an Oscar for his previous film about the war called "No Man's Land"
"I am playing a war photographer who has been covering wars for 12 years or so and something takes place in the film that closes the distance between himself and what he does," Farrell said. "It is a funny journey into himself and the far-reaching effect of the war back at home." link
Shooting for the film begins in Spain next week before moving to Ireland.
